Ingerdients
- 30 g chia seeds
- 60 g coconut milk without added sugar
- 80 g blueberries
- 15 g MCT oil
- 20 g xylitol (sugar substitute)
- 120 ml water

Directions
- All ingredients put into the mixer and mashed until a creamy mixture is obtained.
- The pudding can then either be enjoyed immediately or left to cool overnight.
- Decoratively further blueberries and Chia seeds can be sprinkled on the pudding.
