
Chocolate brownie cake is one of my absolute favorite recipes. If you like chocolate, then thanks to this simple Brownies recipe you can now eat as often and as many as you want.
Ingredients
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 125 g butter
- 1 pack vanilla sugar
- 3 eggs
- 200 g brown sugar
- 150 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- some butter for the dish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 175 degrees. Oil the small plate well.
- Melt about 150g of the dark chocolate with the butter in a small pot. Let it cool a little.
- Beat eggs with vanilla sugar and brown sugar until frothy. Add the chocolate mixture. Mix flour with baking powder, salt and cocoa powder and mix with the egg mixture. Chop the remaining chocolate and fold into the dough. Pour the dough into the baking tray, smooth down and bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
- It is best to take the brownies out of the oven 1-2 minutes too early so that they are still moist inside.
For decoration, you can put ice over the brownies.
