
With this keto chocolate pralines, you do not have to abstain from chocolate. But it only has to be different chocolate, ideally made by yourself, so that the fat balance is also optimal.
Ingredients for 60 pcs
- 75 g cocoa butter
- 50 g coconut oil
- 50 g hazelnut paste
- 40 g chocolate 85%
- 1 tsp Xucker light crushed
- 1 tsp baked cocoa
Preparation
- Everything will melt carefully in a water bath
- The melted chocolate douse in praline forms and place for at least 2 hours in the freezer. You can sprinkle pralines with chocolate as I did, then the pralines look like Swedish arrack balls.
Notice: If the pralines taste too much like coconut oil, you can, of course, take a little less and a little more cocoa butter instead. It is assumed that you use good-tasting cocoa butter.
