
I have always avoided making Keto Nougat Cream myself, because I always thought it was too much work and the result didn’t convince the industrial model – wrong thought. Once you try this recipe, you will never again renounce this homemade Nougat cream.
Ingredients
- 60g almonds
- 150g LowCarb Chocolate
- 70g butter
- 70g milk
- 50g whipped cream
- 90 g powder exucker
- Flavdrops Vanilla
- dash of lemon juice
- 3 teaspoons cocoa
Directions
- Grind the almonds in 20 sec. with the turbo stage and decant. Melt the chocolate with the butter and add warm to the nuts in the blender. Stir in for approx. 1 minute at low/medium speed.
- Use a spatula to push everything down. Add the remaining ingredients and stir in for 30 seconds at low/medium speed. Stir again for 3 minutes at the highest setting. Fill into a boiled glass.
- Enjoy and eat without a bad conscience 🙂
