This red, white, green dessert is not only visually delightful, it also tastes good and is healthy.
- 125 g strawberries or you can also use raspberries
- 250 g curd cheese
- 2 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 200 ml cream
- 1 banana
- 1 kiwi
- Puree the strawberries and set aside. Mix quark, milk, lemon juice and sugar together. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the quark mixture. Peel banana and kiwi and puree together.
- Place in goblets as follows: 1. layer pureed strawberries or raspberries, 2. layer curd cream and finally kiwi banana puree.
- Only layer the kiwi immediately before serving. Kiwi has a protein-splitting enzyme that makes the quark taste bitter if the dessert is too long.
