
Frittata with spinach was my favorite food when I was a child. That’s why I wanted to share this recipe with you this time.
Ingredients for 2 portions
- 4 eggs
- 30 g spinach, raw
- 3 tbsp whipped cream 30%
- 50 g Parmesan cheese
- 100 g granular cream cheese, 20% fat
- 1 pinch of sea salt
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Wash spinach and drain well – Beat eggs and mix with whipped cream in a bowl – Add cream cheese and season with salt and pepper – Stir again briefly.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the egg mixture – Add the spinach leaves and let the egg mixture set over medium heat – Then add the freshly grated Parmesan cheese to the egg mixture.
- Die Frittata in der Pfanne 15 – 20 Minuten in den 180°C vorgeheizten Ofen geben • Die fertige Frittata dann aus dem Ofen nehmen und in Stücke schneiden, nach Belieben mit etwas frisch gepressten Zitronensaft beträufeln und servieren.
