
With this delicious dessert you will spoil your guests. They will be thrilled and of course ask for the recipe.
Ingredients for 2 portions
- 250 ml milk
- 250 ml coconut milk
- 140 g rice pudding
- 1 pc Mango
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons grated coconut
Directions
- Pour the milk together with the coconut milk into a small pot and bring to the boil. Add the rice pudding and cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Reduce the heat and let the rice swell for another 10 minutes.
- In the meantime, peel the ripe mango and carefully remove the flesh from the stone with a knife, then cut the mango into cubes.
- Garnish the rice with the fruit cubes, some sugar and lime juice.
