A very simple recipe for ice cream. Pear-Blueberry Popsicle is healthy, simple to prepare and delicious. The best thing is it’s sugar-free.
- 150 g pears
- 400 g blueberries
- 150 ml of water
- some lemon juice
- Peel the pears, remove the core and cut into pieces. Puree the pear and blackberries with water. Taste the puree and add some lemon juice to taste.
- Fill the fruit puree into ice molds, press the wooden sticks into the molds and deep-freeze for at least 6 hours.
